Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unopened products within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: For the health and safety of all animals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:

  • Equine Inflammation Medication & Comfort Supplements (opened or unopened)
  • Horse Electrolyte Supplements (opened or unopened)
  • Any product that has been opened or used

These exceptions are necessary to ensure the integrity and safety of our specialized equine medications and consumable products.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will email you an RMA number and specific instructions on where to ship your return. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number. Ship your return to:

    Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement product to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
