Shipping Information

We are proud to ship our premium equine supplements globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for eligible items.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For the health and safety of all animals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories, whether opened or unopened:
  • Equine Inflammation Medication & Comfort Supplements
  • Horse Electrolyte Supplements
  • Any product that has been opened or used
This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our specialized medications and consumable products.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the date you receive your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, contact our customer care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you an RMA number and specific shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA and order number. Ship your return to:

    Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Timing and Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement product to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you, including providing a prepaid shipping label if necessary.
