Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any opened or used products

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer care at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Follow the shipping instructions provided with your RMA

4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Refunds:

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
